When you sign in through a social media site, Architizer uses the email address associated with that social media account. If that address is different than the one used originally to create your Architizer account, then a new account is created.

If you registered for an account via social media, a password was never created for your account. You can continue to sign in via the social media site to use Architizer or you can contact our Support Team to generate a temporary password. 

Try signing in with your email and password, and if you still need help email us at support@architizer.com
