Why aren't my project photos uploading properly?

If your project photos aren't saving properly, try the steps below:

  1. Check your connection. If you are uploading large image files, it may take longer to save.

  2. Check your file names. Special characters in your file name may prevent the images from uploading.

  3. Check your file type. Only .jpg and .png files are allowed. 

  4. Check your file size. The maximum size for an individual image is 10MB.
