Here are a few potential reasons why your request to Join a Company was denied by a Firm Administrator:

  1. You didn't use your professional email.
    The most efficient way for a Firm Administrator to approve a request is by comparing the email associated with the request to the company email. Read this article to learn how to update your email and then try submitting your request again.
  2. You tried joining an invalid company.
    Our team is working to make sure that every Firm page on our site is associated with a valid company. Some of these pages do slip through the cracks. If you work outside of the AEC industry or freelance, please select "No - I am not currently an industry professional" and choose the appropriate title or "Other". 
  3. You tried joining an Educational Institution.
    We are currently working on our offerings for Educational Institutions. Since we have not yet released these features, in the meantime, please select "No - I am not currently an industry professional" and choose the appropriate title.
