Products

This is where you'll add your brand's products to your profile. Products are sorted based on when they were created, with newer products appearing first.

Click 'Add a Product' to create a new Product.

Images

To upload images, click in the gray box that says "Drag file here or click to browse." We accept JPG/JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files.

The maximum file size for an individual product image is 10MB. There is no limit to the number of images you can add to a product. Each image or group of images you drag into the gray box at once has to be less than 10 MB total. You can upload multiple batches of photos to a product, as long as each individual batch is less than 10 MB.

If you try to upload more than 10 MB worth of photos in one go, you'll receive an error message. If the sum of the photo sizes is greater than 10 MB, please upload one image or a couple at a time to keep it within the limit.

Hero Image
The hero image for your product will appear in your profile's product list and show up first in the product's image gallery. To select a hero image, click on the desired image in the product upload form, and it will be highlighted in blue.

Image Dimensions
Images in the product gallery are 640x480 pixels. To ensure your images appear properly, we recommend using high resolution images. You are welcome to upload images that don't have 4:3 ratio. They will still appear correctly in the gallery, just with white space on the sides.

In the list of products in your public-facing Brand Profile, the images are rendered as 500x500 pixels. Please keep this in mind when selecting hero images, as they will be cropped to a square in the product grid.

We recommend including as many in-situ photos as possible, which will help them be shown to architects as Related Products in our image search tool.

If any of your products ever change, you can delete old photos and upload new ones.

Tagging

Tag your products with relevant attributes and key words to help them appear in our Product Search results

Product Category
This section of tags is limited to Architizer's existing categories.

Material, Application, Performance, Tags
You have the option to create your own tags for these sections. If you don't see the tag you're looking for in the suggested options, select "Create option" to make a new tag.

Tagging Guidelines

Use tags to ensure important information about your products will be picked up in our search engine.

Product Names

If a word is already included in your product's name, you do not need to tag the same word. For example, a product titled Glow Pendant Light will be returned in any searches for pendant lights. As a result, you do not need to add "pendant light" as a tag.

Descriptions

Words in your product's description will also be picked up in the Product Search results. However, the search engine prioritizes tags and product names, so any keywords that are especially important to your product should go in one of those two places.

Good Tags to Add

-Product types when the name of the product doesn't tell you what it is
-Synonymous product types i.e. desk if the product is named Workstation
-Application tags that show your product can be used in commercial or hospitality settings, or interior vs. exterior

Click 'save' when you're finished to add the product to your Brand Profile. All changes are reflected immediately.
